The queen room I stayed in was newly decorated and neat with big windows overlooking the park. The breakfast was healthy and great with croissants and had something for everyone. The location was nice, close to a neoclassical square: )

There were central heating, a personal safe, and a flat-screen TV in the room, enjoyed that. The staff were all super-friendly and excellent. The location of the hotel was stunning, in the very center of Bilbao. Had nice dainties at El Tilo de Mami Lou, located minute walk from the venue.

The hotel was fabulous and clean, overlooking the river. The twin room I asked for was modern. The food was delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and excellent. The location was fantastic, with easy access to a neoclassical square. The area was very lively.

Ideal location for a city break in Bilbao - directly at Casco Viejo, Metro Station, the City and a 10 Minute Walking Distance from Gugenheim Museum. Very helpful staff, amazing view from the hotel to the square in front of the Ariaga Theatre

The rooms are nice and recently updated, offering lovely views of the park. 😊 They come with a big window and complimentary coffee, which is a nice touch. Also, the central location is super convenient, being close to the Casco Viejo area!

It was close to the Guggenheim and the River and I could walk around the town. Also, close to airport.
The bathroom had a sewer smell. The window opened to a wall. It was a very small room but, it worked out fine because I just needed a place to shower and sleep. Thank you for everything! I hope to return some day!

Location excellent and furnishings/decor etc. in room very attractive. Having a balcony and a view was a huge advantage. Staff very efficient and pleasant.
Air conditioning could be more effective. Breakfast a bit basic; more tea/coffee would have been nice.
